Gite Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a high-performance industrial wheel manufacturer and solution provider in India, specializing in polyurethane and Vulkollan® wheels for demanding applications. Founded in February 2022 and headquartered in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, Gite Industries serves industries where wheel reliability, durability, and predictable performance are critical to operations.

We design, manufacture, and supply custom-engineered wheels and castors for automobile manufacturing, warehouse automation, AGVs & AMRs, conveyors, ASRS systems, material handling equipment, robotics, and heavy industrial applications. Our wheels are engineered to perform under high loads, high speeds, continuous 24/7 duty cycles, and harsh operating environments.

Unlike conventional wheel suppliers, Gite Industries follows an application-first engineering approach. We work closely with customers to understand load conditions, operating speed, temperature, humidity, chemical exposure, floor conditions, and failure history before recommending the most suitable wheel solution. This approach ensures longer service life, reduced downtime, and lower total cost of ownership.

Gite Industries has strong expertise in polyurethane material processing, elastomer bonding technology, and wheel failure analysis, including challenges such as hydrolysis degradation, thermal fatigue, and tread debonding. For extreme environments where standard polyurethane wheels cannot survive — such as automobile paint shops, high-humidity areas, chemical exposure zones, and high-temperature operations — we supply Vulkollan® wheels.

As the exclusive Indian partner of Vulkoprin (Belgium), a global leader in Vulkollan® wheel technology, Gite Industries brings European-engineered, high-performance wheels to the Indian market.
